All of the Details
Day of Service
If we are providing a service that takes place in your home we will text you, the owner, upon arriving to your home as well as at the end of the service. We will write a small overview of how the visit went including pictures. If you would rather we email you these confirmations and updates please notify me. If we are providing several days of services and you do not wish to be notified for each service, but rather every other day, please let us know. Also if you do not need pictures to be taken or wish that the pictures we take do not get put on the photo album page or social media pages please let me know.

Payment
If paying via Paypal or Venmo; single day services may be paid at the end of the service, multiple day services 50% of payment is required by the first day of service. Links to my accounts are available in the 'payment options' tab. That page can be found by clicking 'more'.

If paying with cash or check payments must be paid in full by the start of the service. Please make checks out to Tara Burian.
Completed services must be paid for before next scheduled service is started.

If you choose to complete payment via Venmo, cash or check select 'pay in person' when booking.

Services will NOT be completed for anyone with outstanding payments

Cancellation
Single day services must be canceled at least 24 hours before service time. Multiple day services (dog boarding/house sitting) must be canceled 72 hours prior to service start date if stay is 7 days or fewer. Multiple day services exceeding 7 days must be canceled half the length of the stay ahead of time. For example, if the stay is 10 days it must be canceled at least 5 days prior to the start date. If services are canceled after these periods the owner(s) will be charged 50% of total. No charge if you cancel in the allotted time frame.

Late Fee
Once a drop-off or pick-up time has been agreed upon, if the pet owner is more than 20 minutes late with NO communication there will be a $20 late fee. There will be no fee if the pet owner communicates, at least 15 minutes prior to the agreed upon time, that they will be late or need to pick a new time.

Home Access
When it comes to accessing your home we want you, the owner, to be as comfortable as possible with the process. Luckily there are several options, if you have a lockbox or spare key you are comfortable with me holding onto thats perfect! While keys are in our possession we attach a tag with your pet(s) name and your name on it and we keep all keys safely in a desk drawer. For returning keys to you we can meet you in person after you have returned from your trip or leave your key at your home wherever you'd like. If you do not have your own spare key don't worry I also offer a key copying service! For an additional $12 while we have your key we will take it to a key copy machine at Walmart. Then we will have a spare key we can hold onto and use for future services. At any point in time we will return your new spare key to you to keep.

What to Send With Your Dog
When your dog is staying with us we want them to be as cozy as possible and feel like they are at home. If your dog has its own bed or crate there is plenty of space for both. But they are allowed in our bed, if they fit, if you allow it at home! Also any blankets they may use at home, or if you have one that you are willing to send. Always nice when they have something that smells like you and home. We also welcome as many toys as you would like to send if your dog likes to play with any. We have several house toys but the more the merrier!

The last few things I would need would be their leash/collar, food and if you have any treats you would like them to have, but I do have a bucket of assorted treats. All of which have natural ingredients and some are homemade! We have bowls we can use for food and water but you are more than welcome to send the ones they use at home.
