Check out checklist:
1. Verify availability prior to selecting services
2. Check that you have selected the correct services (different options for puppies or multiple pets)
3. Verify that you have added everything you need to your cart (medication, Holiday add on, bath)
4. Shipping costs only apply to Gift Boxes, make sure to select 'Pick-up In Person' to avoid shipping charges when necessary
